Coaching Services

Our team of coaches and navigators come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Before they became Vector Goal coaches, they worked in a range of industries and have a comprehensive understanding of financial literacy, professional development, and personal development in and outside of the workplace. Our coaches are able to meet in 1 on 1 settings, groups, and with classes.

Financial Literacy

School may not always prepare us for the finances of life. As a result, we work with your employees to help them understand how to budget, plan for retirement, manage debt, and track personal spending.

A team member who has a strong financial education has  increased productivity, improved retention, and lower absenteeism.

Professional Development

Our industries constantly evolve and we must adapt to excel in the workplace. But beyond the technical side, is the people side of business. To be effective in the workplace, we must develop our people skills to create a cohesive work environment. Our world evolves daily, and the best way to adapt is to set goals and develop our teams.
